Booking and Payments

  • You can book using our form on our contact page. Alternatively, you can send us an email, call or WhatsApp message with your requirements, and we will book the car for you.

  • You can check our general rates on the pricing page. Alternatively, you can a direct quotation via our contact form.

  • We suggest booking as early as possible to ensure vehicle availability. For last minute bookings, you may contact us via WhatsApp at wa.me/6580990576. However, cancellation for last minute bookings won't be allowed.

  • Any cancellation must be made at least 4 hours before the actual booking date and time.

  • Update us through our business whatsapp number (wa.me/6580990576)

  • $20 surcharge for trips starting between 11pm and 7am.

    • Additional SGD10 for pick up in these areas (Admiralty, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Woodlands, Sembawang, Taman Jurong – Jurong East, Kranji, Lakeside, West Coast, Sentosa Island, Upper Bukit Timah)

    • Additional SGD15 for pick up in these areas (Boon Lay, Jalan Bahar, Jurong West, Lim Chu Kang)

    • Additional SGD30 for pick up in these areas (Jurong Island & Tuas)

  • Any additional stop within 2km will be charged at $10 per stop. More than 2km will be charged at $15-$20 per stop. (maximum 2 extra stops)

  • You will pay with your card via online payment provider STRIPE. Regular customers can also pay cash or with a card directly to the driver. Bank transfers are also possible.

Vehicles and Ride

  • Point to Point Transfers & Airport Departures
    For point to point transfers and airport departures, we provide a 15 minute grace period. Additional charges beyond 15 minutes after the advised pick up time will be:

    $20 per 15 minute block

    Charged as 2 way transfer after 30 minutes

    Airport Arrivals
    For airport arrivals, we provide a 60 minute grace period. Additional charges beyond 60 minutes after the advised flight arrival time. After 60 minutes, the trip will be charged as a 2 way airport arrival transfer.

    Hourly Disposal
    We provide a 15 minutes grace period from your advised pick up time. Beyond that, the waiting time will be included into your total booking time.

  • Yes we do. Please mention this request in the special requirements section during your booking or send us a separate email. Booster seat is subject to additional charges 10 SGD per seat.

  • Our sedans can carry up to 4 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage. Our minivans can carry up to 6 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage.

    If you have more than the specified number of passengers or luggage, we recommend booking another car.

  • No, as gratuity is not obligatory. If you are happy with our service and would like to provide tips to our drivers, you may tip them in cash before your drop-off.

  • Sure, we can. Just let us know you want to be notified, and the driver will call/text you.

Airport Arrival Pick Up

  • For airport arrivals, we provide a 60 minute grace period. Additional charges beyond 60 minutes after the advised flight arrival time. After 60 minutes, the trip will be charged as a 2 way airport arrival transfer.

  • Yes we do. We monitor all incoming flights and ensure our drivers are ready for your arrival. If there are significant delays or you're going to be on a different flight, let us know and reallocate the driver.

  • Our chauffeur will wait for you in arrivals and will hold a board with your name on it. It is always easy to spot location. If you have any problem with locating a driver, please give him a call on his mobile, which you receive once the booking is allocated.
